The center is specialized infocuson industrial parks, high-tech zones, economic development zones, industrial real estate, etc. It is capable of providing themanagement committee of development zoneand operators of parks with whole-process consulting services such as park diagnosis and development strategy planning, research on industry positioning and investment in industrial chain of parks, industry IPdesigning, construction of enterprise service platforms and service systems in the parks. The center arranges visits to these parks on a regular basis and explores typical experiences and practices, with a series of studies such as “Insights into Parks”. And it releases the results of research “Top 100 Parks for High-Quality Development” every year.
