Under the guidance and supervision of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in business, with the purpose of "openness, innovation, cooperation and win-win", by building an industrial public service platform with close cooperation between government, industry, university, research and application, it effectively promotes exchanges and cooperation, promotes the docking of production and demand, and fully promotes the rapid development of big data and digital economy
